Community Preschool
IN NEW LAMBTON

Jumping Jacks Community Preschool is a not-for-profit organisation that has been serving the local community for 37 years, educating and caring for 40 children aged 3-5 years per day. We operate school terms from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm, with two classrooms: the 'Blue' Room and the 'Green' Room. Our exceeding program, guided by the Early Years Learning Framework and our educators' expertise, offers planned learning experiences to help children build confidence and become capable, confident learners. Children typically attend Monday/Tuesday or Thursday/Friday, with an optional Wednesday based on availability.

Connected to
OUR COMMUNITY

At Jumping Jacks Community Preschool, we believe in the power of community and the importance of strong, supportive connections. We regularly participate in outings and excursions within our local and broader community, becoming familiar with our environment and the opportunities available to support extension of our learning, and participation as active citizens. In addition, we strive to provide essential community resources designed to assist our families and enrich the well-being of our children.

OUR CONNECTIONS

Our planned learning experiences help children build confidence and become capable, confident learners.

Our
Philosophy

At Jumping Jacks Community Preschool, we follow the Early Years Learning Framework to support children's growth in five key areas: identity, community connection, wellbeing, learning confidence, and communication. We create a nurturing environment where children can express themselves, build relationships, develop resilience, and learn through play. Our evolving philosophy is shaped by research, staff development, community knowledge, and family feedback.
